Workout Playlist

I mentioned last week that I started working out again and have been loving it! I could barely move through the week from the soreness but I was so happy I was able to push through it. As much as I love my workout routines it’s my workout playlist that seals the deal for me. When I go to the gym I always have to have some music with me. It helps me get motivated and to push myself through those tough moments. I think this playlist is hands down my favorite I have made so far. I love every single song and have had them on repeat. It has a little bit of everything in it which is why I love it so much.


If you read my apps to download post then you already know how much I love Spotify. I especially love that you can download the songs when you are offline so you don’t have to use any of your data. Below is the playlist I take along with me, I’ll also write in the names of songs and artists in case you don’t have Spotify. At a little over an hour it makes for a great workout session.
